Jose Galarza, President & Owner

Jose leads the strategic development of NextHome Preferred Properties enabling the company to capitalize on the new age tactic it has developed. Jose is an accomplished executive that has extensive experience leading diverse teams across multiple fields, and who excels in developing core growth strategies.

Jose joined the United States Army Reserves in 1991 and possessed various Military Occupational Specialties. In 2006 he was deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom with the 101st Airborne Division for 12 months and received the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Army Reserve Component Overseas Training Ribbon (2nd Award), Armed Forces Reserve Medal. Jose retired from the US Army Reserves in December 2011 with over 20 years of service.

Over the years Jose has trained in Organizing, Collective Bargaining, Dispute Resolution, Interest-Based Bargaining, and Grievance Mediation
